Pros
Working for the owner before he past away. Hours 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. Pays for licensing but only after 1 full year of service. Company requires you pay 1st and show proof to obtain reimbursement. This comes from HR who has personal trust issues.
Cons
Human Resources micromanages too much and insults the employees by treating adults as children. HR gets involved in day to day department functions when there is no sound knowledge of how that department operates. Arrival and departure times constantly clocked when it is not nessacary. HR is too pro management and what is good for the company comes 1st instead of being an employee advocate and properly making employee relations and the work environment better.
