      Great co workers, okay pay, around great products

      Cons

      Work environment can become a bit hostile at times. Rumors of company longevity, not much raises or advancement opportunities, confusing/ not up to date data base

      Pros

      Bender is a great company to work for; the staff is very welcoming and supportive. Great work/home life balance. They really care about their employees.

      Cons

      Saturdays are required. We do receive a day off during the week but sometimes it is nice to have two days off in a row. I think rotating Saturdays would be a nice idea.
