Pros

Digital Services team is relatively inclusive. Many DS staff are friendly and I witnessed little overt bullying or harassment.

Cons

Expect pressure to commit to work that cannot realistically be delivered with existing resources. Quality, governance, and strategic planning are routinely deprioritised. Not recommended for anyone who values best-practice IT.

management that would micro manage people Bullying from senior staff No acceptance or management of bullying in the workplace by management. Typical government, not much happens and everything is very slow for change. Known history of corruption, executive staff made it to the media
