      Pros

      Positive interview process, had a phone interview first, then a video interview that was also recorded, and an person interview. One more video interview and then I was offered the role. Staff was friendly and nice during the process. Work from home option and they were also flexible.

      Cons

      Upon being hired they were unsure about what they wanted me to do. A project would be assigned and then the next day they would change their mind and assign something different. Training wasn't really provided and told me to figure out what to do to basically keep my role.
