The really is not a pro to working for this company

Cons

Working at BeneCard is like being part of an overly dysfunctional family. The leaders are more worried about covering their own selves and taking care of their egos than they are to grow the company. If you like to be bullied and yelled at in the workplace than this would be a great fit.
