      Competitive pay and vacation time.

      The business model appears questionable, and the management lacks competence. The CEO has a history of unsuccessful ventures and declaring bankruptcy. The organization operates in a manner reminiscent of a family business, with a majority of the management team consisting of the CEO's friends and family. There are limited prospects for career growth. Transparency is lacking in the management's communication. The business is struggling to generate revenue to the extent that annual bonuses have been repeatedly postponed or canceled. Multiple staff layoffs have occurred due to difficulties in meeting payroll.

      Pay was high for a 9-5 role

      Cons

      Firm announced bonuses in June with exact figures to be paid a month later in July. Firm permanently cancelled bonus payments 1 day prior to the scheduled payment date with absolutely no warning, leaving employees with ~50% of their contractually-obligated annual comp.

      Horrible management, horrible upper leadership. Bonuses aren't paid out. No transparency within the organization. Communication is bad. The "stock options" they "offer" are useless. DON'T WORK HERE
