- Fun working environment - Make-up allowance - A lot of social events - Great brand to get your foot in the beauty industry

Cons

- Traffic stopping customers - Some girls can get really competitive in reaching targets - Change in uniforms everytime a new product launches - Have to wear wigs at times

generous gratis, the girls on counter are lovely, there's really not much else i can say here because my time at this company really wasn't great.

Cons

management are an absolute mess, threats to cut contracted hours for full/part time employees due to sales revenue not being up to standard ($200/hr. what a joke), staff being contacted during early hours of the morning, gaslighting from managers during conflict resolution, stressful environment, zero consideration for those who have to travel far

Most of the staff are amazing and are the reason I stuck around for so long

Cons

Toxic higher management, management support bullies and call the rest of the team liars when a majority of staff complain about being bullied by a certain team member, lack of support and poor communication
