Pros

Some people here are very nice people. Good experience for an entry level position. Was able to learn a lot. Decent benefits package.

Cons

Toxic culture where employees are allowed to ridicule each other openly. Below average salary. Short deadlines on poorly managed projects. Old and outdated tech stack. Incompetent HR department.

Pros

Remote work and weekends, PTO as well.

Cons

Skip on this company. This company will not treat you with an ounce of respect or appreciation if you don’t “fit” in with their nuances. They claim they’re all about open communication, but the minute you communicate something they don’t like or want to hear, your days are numbered. Management will micromanage you into a hole and act as if you’re incompetent. Turnover is ridiculous, way too many people walked away from this company in the 1 year I was there. Then after the employee has left, management will announce it to the company and complain about employees not providing 2 weeks notice. Management does not trust employees. Management has no problem berating employees in front of clients, not to mention management will bad mouth their clients. Management can spend a lot of time nitpicking you to death but when you express that something as simple as saying “I appreciate you” would suffice on a random day, they will say that the workplace isn’t going to always cheer you on. Their salaries are sorely under the going rate. They want the employee to have a call center environment, but intentionally hire people remote, and when the employee cannot provide a call center environment out of their home, you’re canned. Also, steer clear if you have children. They will find your family as an excuse to let you go. They con you into believing they care because they don’t complain when you take PTO, even though that is a given benefit…one of the few. JOB SEEKER BEWARE!!!!!
