- great leadership - fast paced company where you get to learn more than you would normally - amazing product - great team and culture

Cons

- fast paced company (have to jump in a lot of things that you wouldn't normally at a non-startup, if that's not your thing) - industry that doesn't necessarily care about how innovative their vendor is
