Pros

At this point, it's difficult to see any remaining positives.

Cons

It’s time to consider moving on from Beneq. The Semiconductor Business Unit is struggling, and despite management’s efforts to retain talent through promotions, it seems too little, too late. Over the past 2.5 years, all key experts have left, leaving remaining employees contemplating their own exits. What remains is a management team whose actions have unfortunately turned a promising organization into a sinking company.

Pros

Beneq is a great workplace, offering an OK salary, good benefits, and a friendly atmosphere with easy-going and kind people. You can learn a lot, and colleagues are willing to help and share their knowledge. However, at the end of 2023, there was a change negotiations, and the company decided to lay off 17 individuals who were not contributing much value. It's important to note that some of the negative and angry comments you may see below are understandably written by individuals who were affected by the layoffs.

Cons

The current top management seems to be wandering blindly in a dark forest.
