Pros

Contact with an easier client to sell (they come because they want to pay) Quality clothes

Cons

You're expected to do work that is not a Sales Assistent job Some merchandise comes in a lot of quantity and in large boxes that they want you to carry to the store (the storage was 4 floors below and and a long climb) Pressure to constantly approach the client The contact has a 6 month experience trial which after that you become a resident. So every 6 months a new person comes in.

Pros

Cool clothes, nice discount, cool company, and great experience.

Cons

Quality has increasingly declined over the last few years. Seems like the US market does not understand the brand. Music selection was terrible. Store closings through out United States. Low pay structure.
