Deceptive pay explanations in the interviews, doesn't pay minimum wage if your sales dip or when commissions get clawed back. No human resources, owner called me and others expletives and slurs in front of the 30 person office. Owner took out the office and fed us drinks every Thursday, letting people drive home wasted. Final check of 1000 was completely taken, blamed on rejected sales but called my customers and they all got it installed. Manager harassed me on social media after leaving company, I still have screenshots of things he's said in case I ever take legal action.

🚨Sales job🚨. They lie and tell you it’s not but it is. You are going door to door most times in the hood knocking on people’s door and rushing your life. They hype you up to start the morning. And send you out. You are there most of your time. They force you to hang out with them as well it’s called Team night so other people in your life will suffer from this. It’s 100% commission. They lie in the interview and say it’s base pay + commission. No it’s all commission. If you are new you will go weeks, even months without getting money. It’s way more cons just too much to type. They paint this picture of owning your own business but honestly the expectations are ridiculous and the higher higher up’s are the ones really making the money.
