There are no good reasons to work here. Culture is nothing short of toxic.
No recognition for achieving goals. No reviews and no increases in compensation.
Upper management are very closed minded and secretive. Lacking leadership on every level.
I witnessed awful behavior in my position and am now sorry I never did anything about it.
