Pros

If you like repetitive work schedules. Pay is okay.... personal time, vacation, sick days are good as well. The insurance is decent.

Cons

Upper management doesn’t listen and often does the very things they tell you not to do. HR is also this entity that pretends it wants to care when it’s reslly just smoke in mirrors

Pros

Good salary, time off and flexibility

Cons

Terrible working conditions ( I was sick from the old building and dampness), management and supervisors worried about the revenue much more than how the employees/clients were being treated and terrible communication. Going over my supervisor's head was my only choice and it did absolutely nothing except have the tyrant try to write me up. I have heard of multiple lawsuits against management because of poor employee treatment and I understand why now.
