Pros
For the most part everyone seems to work well with one another, in their specified departments. I have called this place a "country club" regarding the atmosphere and environment. Great benefits package and time off between vacation days, holiday time and sick time (over 50 days per year).
Cons
Pay could be a little higher, but when you consider the time off then it really is not that bad. Understanding there will always be personality conflicts where ever one works communication can sometimes be an issue between departments.
