Pros

Benjamin West has processes in place as far as accounting, who to use for freight and custom SAP system for tracking and entering specifications. It's a very fast paced environment but a pro is the learning curve and brushing up on your multitasking and organizational skills. Work life is flexible.

Cons

Unprofessional in the office. Growth in the office is not transparent and very unclear. Remote work is frowned upon, so don't count on it unless you really need it.

The business type- Procurement consultancy is a newer concept in India and there is scope.

Cons

Management is corrupt, b#@@#ing about other members is an everyday thing. The HR should have a separate cabin for her irrelevant conversations and should be more focused towards her work. No holiday except Sundays.

I worked at the Gurgaon office. Good concept of hospitality procurement. Some of the employees are supportive.

Cons

The top management is ridiculous. They literally don't care for the employees. Hiring and firing is like a game for the company. No coordination with the employees. Literally corrupt and deceiving people sit at Gurgaon HO.
