      Brilliant students - majority are young African American women, women of color, and women from underrepresented backgrounds - eager to learn and engage, voice their perspectives, and contribute to society.

      Cons

      Consider state of leadership and management. Ultimately, it's about whether or not organizational structure will allow educators to serve/teach students with the support needed.

      Pros

      Working to promote the education of women at one of the few remaining all-women's HBCU's is one of the most fulfilling goals I've had in my career.

      Cons

      The internal politics aren't great. It takes some patience. Almost everyone in charge has left since I was there, so things may have changed since then.
