      Plenty of good but with some bad

      Pros

      I met some amazing people at Bennett and still keep in touch with them. Pay was decent. Hours were decent. Company functions were pretty nice. CEO, Marcia Taylor, is an amazing woman. She is down to earth and easily approachable. I feel she does care for the employees.

      Cons

      Certain aspects of management seemed to make things up on the fly. It felt like we were always behind the curve on things like social media and the latest trends. While the pay was decent, pay rises were not. No real bonus system in place for anyone not in management. Crowded campus with less than desirable parking. Located in a very congested area (to their credit this was not always a congested area).

      somewhat people company. if you need time off it is not hard to get it. does show some appreciation sometimes

      Cons

      Low wages for hourly employees. Management is treated great. Don't promote from within. Very few if any minorities in management

      Flexibility is ridiculous in some departments--come and go as you please Great company values but are they really applied?

      Lack of promotion Company DOES NOT value education No growth opportunity
