Pros
They offer health care. The money is in the bank every Week. Most of the regular customers are nice. They offer an employee discount.
Cons
They don't give raises even though minimum wage has gone up and the cost of living has been skyrocketing. Most of the supervisors are not qualified. The human resources department can't be trusted with personal information. They turn that information against you for their benefit. They don't pay overtime. One of the general managers is more concerned with dusty bags of soil outside than the ineptitude of the warehouse and buyers getting merch to stores. The guy is clueless
