Good only for Beginners to learn corporate politics

Initially the Directors are very good to every new joiner and slowly you realize what you had signed up for.

Cons

Not a good place, Politics is not among employee it is created by Directors to create rift among employees by showing favoritism, partiality and making the whole place more toxic to stay
