      R&D is horrendously toxic. If you wanna waste precious time in your career or be surrounded by bullies and constant screaming in a workplace for no good reason, definitely the place to be. 80% of the people do not know what manners are. Micromanaging is evident, leaders act like they’re in high school - there’s a queen bee and an emotional teenage boy to report to. Too much unprofessional behavior- this lab/management has a bad reputation in the industry for a good reason. Good luck and trust your gut!

      Learn a wide range of formulation.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. The management in the lab is very demoralizing, narcissistic and cold. At the time the director and co captain was never on the same page and you get caught in the crossfire.
