Pros
Some of the best coworkers I’ve ever had as far as the security team. Great learning experience.
Cons
Company had no values. Everybody in management was either related or a friend of someone. Every week someone from upper management is getting a raise which they then send a email to the whole staff while security hasn’t seen a raise in two years. Short stopped a lot of opportunities for qualified individuals trying to move up. Every year benefits were reduced. Wanted you to do a million and one things many that weren’t even your job.
