Poor training! During my training (the first half) I informed them that I had not worked in criminal law before; I would receive a task to complete but not shown how to complete it, they just kind of expect people to naturally know! When I felt that it would be more beneficial for me to seek other employment, I had a very promising opportunity, explained to my supervisor and let her know they would be contacting her; 2 days later they fired me and the new job decided to suddenly retract the position! Now I’m struggling to find work in this field! If you value your sanity, do not apply! They couldn’t understand why my training was not working out, but in the same breath would reprimand me over the verbiage in the subject line of an e-mail or the order in which the verbiage in the subject line was placed! Micromanaging at its best but then blame you for not remembering the more important aspects of the job!
