This place is horrible. Not a nice firm. I started here about a year and half ago and the people are just mean and snobby. If you are any level below supervisor you are basically doing all the work and all they have to do is check it over, now since all the levels below are slaves shouldn’t the supervisors/principles and partners be nicer to us since we are doing their slave work. People need to appreciate the lower levels more. We are the ones doing the slave work for you, and if you are leader you will talk and be nice to the ones working under you. Also, this firm is a lot of politics, if you want to get into a higher position you need to either kiss as or flirt that’s the only way, it’s not important to them if you are smart and have good brains. I would not take a day of other stress to work with such snobs at Berdon. Not a nice enivorment.

Deceptive Cuts costs every chance they get Outsourcing multiple departments with no notice. Hires people that don't know the basics. Firm is completely out of touch which explains the droppings in the vault rankings. The firm was in a great place when Stanley was still in charge, it is now a disaster.
