      Pros

      Berg Computer is a mid sized software development company. It has a rather flat hierarchy and there's no corporate bull involved. The management is showing some genuine interest in keeping the employee happy and the work environment is nice. Work schedule is flexible, and in some cases remote work is possible. There are lots of large projects and opportunities to gain new skills.

      Cons

      Since the company is located outside of the city, commute time can be long for some.
