      Pros

      Great people working for the company, feels like a family and everyone works really hard. Products are great, work is exciting and varied.

      Cons

      Restructures every 12-18 months, talented people managed out, your face needs to fit in this organisation or you will go nowhere.

      Pros

      Amazing products with considered development process and excellent colleagues. Most with a real passion for the outdoors.

      Cons

      Owners do not understand the true brand values and the move to London proves this. I doubt working for Berghaus in London will be anything like it was in Sunderland
