      Pros

      People are great and passionate about making the best product they can. Supervisors really care about their people and making sure that they are involved and feel heard.

      Cons

      BAMTech is part of a larger corporation and sometimes it takes a while for changes to take effect. Working with offshore vendors is the norm and there isn't much accountability for the quality of their work.

      Work with some very talented individuals.

      Cons

      Managerial approach is toxic. They bleed their resources dry. There is very little grooming to help BA's move up. Best talent moves on from Berkley as they are severely over worked and constantly berated for their efforts.
