Pros

There were some decent colleagues and commission structure isn’t bad.

Cons

It feels like management and the heads of the company are completely out of touch, making empty promises about raises and offering advice that's decades old. The constant whispering and the overall toxic atmosphere just make everything worse, and it's clear they aren't being honest about improving the situation. Favouritism is huge. Go to a big agency if you want to actually thrive.

Pros

Flexibility (for some teams) and the commisson structure was pretty good for those earning a lot

Cons

Can be toxic amongst colleagues at times, huge amount of favoritism and roles not equally divided at times. Very little communication between Senior Management and staff. Different rule for different teams.
