      Pros

      I love the "Small Company" feel of Berkley. All departments work really well together. You are able to reach out to upper management at any time about any questions or concerns. They truly care about your personal success within the company.

      Cons

      We use a lot of temp labor. One con is Berkley is slow to hire on to Full Time Positions.

      Pretty Exterior, Toxic Managment

      Pros

      Worked here for a year and it was the most toxic management environment I have ever worked in. My manager would blame every issue on his employees and made multiple people cry. In one year of working there I saw at least 3 people quit, not including myself. Turnover is high. Stress level is high. Long work hours.

      Pros

      I really like the entrepreneurial spirit of Berkley. There is a family business atmosphere and culture that I really identify with. Everyone is hard working and fun spirited. The company is growing and that's exciting for me too.
