Pros

Nice coworkers Free/Discounted Services Parking Coworkers are nice and helpful Closed on Sundays

Cons

They don't provide any type of training or on boarding and instead throw you into the job, yet get upset when you don't know something. There is no communication with the provider and upper management so things are run inconsistently. Providers in main office are difficult to work with and get frazzled, stressed, and micro managey, and are very demeaning. This is reflected on patient service, check out their bad yelp reviews! I once had a patient ask me why I'm still working here, after seeing the Dr. talk down to me for asking a question.

Pros

When I first started, a number of the employees had been with the company for a long time. They had a strong patient following and were dedicated to their careers. Plus, the patients are pretty awesome. Another pro is the discounted products, free and discounted procedures!

Cons

Almost every single long-term employee left. The turnover rate is very high. It is very disorganized and there are not enough staff members to allow for the new hires to be fully trained. I was promised specific things upon being hired and there was no follow through. Also, I got one review and I had to ask for it at least five times.
