      BMA is the best place to work if you are looking to learn about Solvency II as Bermuda and EU regulatory landscape is changing.

      Cons

      BMA needs to hire more technical and intelligent people to improve our reputation as a world class regulator as well as improve market confidence.

      You are welcomed when joined but this ends up not being but just an illusion

      Cons

      Lack of respect and appreciation. Average skilled workforce with limited or no opportunities to grow. Any events are just to show off "Circus Maximus". I would prefer substance. Average pay compared to market. Good place for bermudians but not for expats
