      Pros

      -Maintenance -Dispatchers are qualified with ADX -Pay is good (for 2018) -60 days on/60 days off

      Cons

      -Berry does not follow 135.267(c) -24 "duty-fluid" schedule (scheduled rest will be interrupted) -Your direct supervisor is not a pilot -Work everyday on your rotation (no days off) -Weight and Balance manifests are required on all legs regardless of 91 v. 135 -Communication between departments leaves a lot to be desired -The training program is about two weeks too long

      Pros

      Great Pay on the DOD contract side. Good pay at the stateside branch with a unique schedule that does give a lot of time off. Great friendly people that take a lot of pride in their company, reputation, and work. Extremely innovative in their vision and growth expansion.

      Cons

      Upper management is sometimes out of touch with what is actually going on at the lower level. There is a good ole boy system in promotions, most times conducted behind closed doors without announcement. Can put a bitter taste in loyal employees that have been grinding away at the lower level looking to for advancement.

      The good people made the company.

      Cons

      Management are liars and deceptive. They’re also abusive, arrogant, incompetent. No pay raises in 10+ years. Cut corners costing employee jobs and earned pay. Wasteful spending. Giving the worst employees promotions and running off (harassing) the best ones. HR is worthless.
