Berry Street offers flexible and family friendly employment, generous salary and remuneration which is above the industry norm. Career progression and professional development opportunities exist here and are supported. I have had the opportunity to develop myself and those around me while working towards a genuine and valuable cause.

Cons

The work can be challenging, hard and frustrating at times. There are good supports in place to help in this area.

some of the staff were compassionate and lovely. Unfortunately only one of them were in the Admin team.

Cons

management have no idea what they are doing. Unqualified and no training. Very toxic environment, worst group of people I have ever worked with.
