      I can not think of anything positive to say.

      Cons

      These people overload you with work at a very low pay rate. They don't give annual reviews. In the 40+ years I have been working, I have never had to ASK for a review or a pay raise but with these people you have to ask but don't receive. If they do give you a raise they will load you down with more work. They don't care about their employees like they want everyone to believe.

      Lots of great people to work with.

      Cons

      Management can be better. There’s no positive reinforcements. Motivation there can be lost easily( at first I thought it was me, but even top salesmen can get discouraged)
