      None, it's a Mickey mouse company

      Cons

      Don't care about employees no matter how long they work for the company they let them go or terminate just to save money and promote inexperienced youngsters with little to no knowledge They pride themself about the systems which are clumsy useless old fashion piece of garbage software They don't care about the customers They chairman and MD are a couple of weirdos psychopath with no clue about how running a company

      Salary is good, bonuses are also very good.

      Cons

      Work environment is hostile. Management makes employees lives more difficult on a day to day basis. Lack of work life balance.
