When I first started I chose to overlook some glaring issues with the reasoning that "it's a small business and we have growing pains". However, after my stay with Bes-Tech I cannot take it anymore.
Issues range from illegal employment practices, payroll discrimination, claims of salary benchmarking that doesn't exsist, overseas company that is not claimed on ANY document but still has employees being paid, wrongful termination, verbal abuse towards employees and outside vendors, unpaid invoices and contracts, non-licensed products, copyright infringment, advancement based on personality rather than skill or education level, disgusting working conditions, violation of multiple saftey standards, no advancement at all. Any promotions and bonuses are typically followed by that employee's termination within the next 2-3 months. The average employment length is 8 months at best! They hire and fire continuously with no regard to actual staffing needs but rather focusing their attention on emotional decisions. They also place no importance on training or development. The president is an engineer and NOT a business leader.
