Pros

I wish i have something to say on this.

Cons

As you could have seen in the reviews, this company needs to go grow up on how to treat their employees. There is no transparency in the management with sudden hire and fire. You will always see job posting by this employer almost 8 months in a year. They serious have no interest in keeping you long time. I would seriously recommend for someone to jump this employer if you have an other offer.

Pros

There are very little positives to this company. It is a small company and could possibly grow someday, but the outlook is not good the way it is currently running.

Cons

Demanding leadership, lack of unity, unethical behavior, unrealistic expectations, unreasonable constant re-structuring. This place will steal your soul.

Pros

None. Truly an abysmal place.

Cons

When I first started I chose to overlook some glaring issues with the reasoning that "it's a small business and we have growing pains". However, after my stay with Bes-Tech I cannot take it anymore. Issues range from illegal employment practices, payroll discrimination, claims of salary benchmarking that doesn't exsist, overseas company that is not claimed on ANY document but still has employees being paid, wrongful termination, verbal abuse towards employees and outside vendors, unpaid invoices and contracts, non-licensed products, copyright infringment, advancement based on personality rather than skill or education level, disgusting working conditions, violation of multiple saftey standards, no advancement at all. Any promotions and bonuses are typically followed by that employee's termination within the next 2-3 months. The average employment length is 8 months at best! They hire and fire continuously with no regard to actual staffing needs but rather focusing their attention on emotional decisions. They also place no importance on training or development. The president is an engineer and NOT a business leader.
