Working at Beslogic is a great opportunity to learn with others about the modern technology and to be part of a team that is increasing in size, where your opinion is important to its growth. Suggestions that can be good for you and/or the company are more then welcome. The suggestion varies from: technology used, quality of life and more. For example, some members of the team are working from their home. The communication is strong within the team. The environment at Beslogic allows you to ask a question and receive an answer by just turning around, since everyone is not far from each other. Ideas, facts are shared during the lunch time (around an hour). Music of choice is played while working allowing to work relaxed. You are not working alone. Everyday there’s a meeting that is made to acknowledge the progress and making sure that everyone's alright. Every features added to a project has to be reviewed multiple times preventing code smell and bugs. The schedules of work are very flexible, allowing you to start your day within 8:00 and 10:00 AM.
