A great place to work.. if you enjoy being micromanaged

Pros

Can make good money on the rare occasions that it isn't completely over-staffed. Good location.

Cons

Constant micromanagement; management makes up new rules on the spot just to get people in trouble; favoritism; the "chef" (hence the quotation marks) is the least talented, biggest moron I've ever worked with; same "specials" (again, hence the quotation marks) week after week; have to work on-call shifts; all shifts are over-staffed.

Pay is consistently decent to good. Work is easy/ non-labor intensive. Employee discount. Small, friendly staff Company higher-ups manage overall company cross-locations very well.

Cons

Patronizing management. Call outs. Menu is repetitive. Fruit flies. You NEED to know Spanish
