CEO is a bully. He belittles you and thinks it’s motivating. And will call you out just to embarrass you. Extremely high turnover.. lost 4 employees from ONE team in 3-4 month frame. Setting impossible targets for a terrible software that needs work. Advertising the job as a customer service role when in reality it’s 100% sales. You have to make over 50 calls a day..getting prospects to pay for a software that ultimately they don’t need or can get free elsewhere (hard sell) Leadership or HR doesn’t really care about your mental health until someone quits. So then they pretend to care by booking individual meetings to “check in” with everyone.. which in actuality it’s them making sure no one else will quit on them. You’re just a number.. you can be replaced. And HR will go behind your back and ask your team lead or manager about you in order to look for a reason to fire you .
