Hour lunch break, and a donut shop within walking distance
Cons
Rude supervisors, lots of backroom affairs, some pharmacists are incompetent, nurses are an embarrassment, etc etc etc

Pros
Reasonable hours of operation. That's it. There are no other pros to working for this company.
Cons
Over worked and under paid, no gratitude for your efforts, disrespectful upper management, under staffed, regular threats of being terminated if you don't meet the unreasonable work load, high premium health insurance (only for management and select employees the owners decide to offer it to while not offering it to other employees in the same position) and no tangible retirement benefits just to name a few.
