      People who work here are usually here for long time. Family owned and operated. Good Medical, Dental and 401K Benefits as well as Voluntary Benefits.

      Pros

      Coming to Best Tile in my 40's, I was looking for a career I could retire from. I found that at Best Tile, it's a family owned company with a strong and solid bottom line which gives me trust that I can trust I can work here until my retirement and I don't have worry about looking for employment later in life, because of a company going out of business or needing to cut jobs to stay open.

      Cons

      Have I owned my own Home Improvement Company, Managed Home Depots and I must say, there really isn't any con's about working at Best Tile.
