      Pros

      Experts are given the latitude to succeed without excessive oversight from the Corporate office. Personal concerns (pay, benefits, etc) are handled by the company as if they are their own concerns.

      Cons

      Small Business so it requires many corporate side staff to provide support in many different roles leaving them difficult to get a hold of at times.

      Pros

      It was a big decision to leave my prior employer but I took the leap and love it here! The staff are friendly and supportive. BVTI is a company that values their employees, they understand work/life balance.
