Pros

10% off all purchases, and 50% off meals Many store openings means more potential to move up Smallish company means corporate might actually know your name

Cons

Pay is crap More stress than it's worth Steals a bit of your soul everyday Worst communication I have ever seen Can't trust a thing anyone says Have to constantly remind management about submitting your review in order to get that raise They're want everything from you and don't give back

Pros

It's a paycheck. Gets you out of the house. It's good for a high school student.

Cons

Its not much of a paycheck with the situation you have to deal with. Pay stinks. Pay is cut in half of industry standard. 13 to 16 dollars an hour depending on your job. People with 30 years experience working in departments are offered 13 dollars an hour!!! A majority of the employees do not speak English including their supervision . product quality is horrendous . this company preaches having fun and loving your job but they do not take care of their employees or its customers with a quality product. For a company that wants to service the long island and new York communities they just can't compare to a king kullen or stop and shop and etc. Prices are deceiving. There is a reason why it's cheaper. The quality stinks and the labor cost are kept very low. They treat the worker like garbage.
