They do not care about their staff. James the CEO and Pierre the COO are money hungry and egotistical as well as psychopaths. They retrench individuals without following the correct procedures. My time at the company they were retrenching every two months almost. It’s sick and horrible how they treat their staff.

During my good few years at this company, I experienced repeated retrenchments and consistently high staff turnover, both of which had a negative impact on morale. Workloads and expectations were often pushed to a level I felt was unrealistic, with limited employee benefits to balance the demands. When I was retrenched, the process struck me as impersonal and lacking in respect. From my perspective, the company’s approach to staff created a culture where employees seemed disposable and had always left me with the thought of when I would be next.
