Pros

They do give you freedom and as long as your hours add up at the end of the week, then all is fine. You can include your lunchtime in your hours as long as you don't leave the building. There is at least one product they are selling which is OK but they over-promise functionality and under-deliver. They have a couple clients but one is just an affiliate of another. Another one has yet to even use the service, probably because it is still buggy and they probably don't want to use it because it is buggy and not completed as it should be for them.

Cons

Today they laid off / fired one of the development guys that we just hired not but 3 weeks ago. Their reason: They alleged that he wrote a review on here about the interview process and they didn't like it. I know they asked him if he did it and he said that he didn't even know of such site however, when he came in this morning, they laid him off. I believe he did not write what they alleged he wrote. Furthermore, this is America and even if he did then they had no right to fire him because of it. The CEO has authored and or been behind all of the FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS on here about the company and about the CEO. I am sorry but a company cannot realistically have that many positive reviews. Definitely contrived and untrue. She is going to go to jail as I'm pretty certain she knew the funding she was receiving was illegal and has been doing things like buying cars right off the showroom floors. They want this automation software as a service product to recreate itself thereby they feel they can just live off the income and fire all the people that worked hard to make that all happen.

Pros

The location. Florida is a glorious place to live and work. That's about all of the positive I can muster up to say about this unprofessional and totally disorganized "company." That being said, there are LOTS of other, more positive, uplifting places to work - where "thinking outside the box," creativity and leadership are truly appreciated.

Cons

The owner/CEO is a temperamental, judgmental, bossy, close minded woman who acts like a spoiled brat. It's all about her- and her egotism will be the downfall of any success this "organization" ever hopes to attain. Dubious business practices and lies. You'll feel like you need a shower after being in this environment for a few hours. Negativity reigns.

Pros

The (former) employees were a talented and loyal group of fabulous people. The product/software, if ever completed, would have been outstanding.

Cons

Poor leadership did not allow the experienced professionals they hired to do the job they were hired to do.
