> They will not listen to you at all > HRs are of no use as they don't have any power > 9 Directors with 0 decision making and management skills and full of ego > If you want to leave the company on your choice, forget about any kind of document they will provide you. > Only few employees are important to them and rest are of no use as per their attitude

The Worse, horrible, and a good example for a bad company. Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, severance amount, closure procedure.Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management. literally harassment on employees.

work-life balance is good. No Pro's other than this.

Cons

No prior training is given to the freshers. No Ethics No working environment Bad HR Department. Well, Lets Conclude in a sentence that this place is the worst place for starting your career as they are sitting and making us fool and earning money, i would recommend you that you can sit idle for a month or so and can prepare for the next interview rather than joining this bad company.
