      Pros

      Good local job if you aren't willing to leave the area to get a quality job. High turnover rate and the company doesn't care. They would tell you different but actions speak louder than words.

      Cons

      Low pay high work requirements lots of freebies required and expected of the driver. Insurance is the worst I've ever seen. 800 for family package with high deductible.

      Pros

      This company cares about its employees almost to its detriment. At the end of the day they recognize that the only way to differentiate themselves from the competition is to treat their employees like human beings. Great pay and great benefits considering everything going on in the world. They are beyond fair and consistent.

      Cons

      Like many other trucking companies, they are struggling to find qualified drivers, which from time to time can make taking extended amounts of time off from work a bit of a challenge. But, their operations team will always works with you.

      Pros

      nice ppl to work for. almost all dedicated runs. entry level work. easy dispatch, ive spent weeks not talking to dispatch receiving my loads by people net. small company , everyone knows everyone.

      Cons

      small company, extremely high health costs. high deductibles. low pay scale. mostly older trucks . many many with well over a million miles. business is ran by bean counters non with trucking experience. all watching the profit margin. high turnover rate . company puts the driver second and their pockets first. company takes the view that the driver is either at fault or wrong in every situation, will not defend their own.
