Pros

* Product complexity and feature variety is higher than many applications in the software industry. Therefore, you can find many points to improve yourself, depending on your expertise level. * Multinational company. Good spot for keeping/improving your English. * Cons of the company are not so indifferent from similar companies in the industry.

Cons

* Very poor project and product management. * Very poor people management. * Friendship over Competencies. * Average/below average salary compared to the competitors and the software industry. * Subjective/almost none performance measuring. * Unrealistic/impossible deadlines. * Never ending demand for work.

No Culture

Pros

OK salary, decent IT equipment

Cons

No culture. No objectives. Constant back-tracking. Endless amounts of pressure. Endless meetings, so no work can actually be done (this is because management don't seem to know what they want to achieve, let alone how to achieve it). Teams are expected to understand what the company is trying to achieve without any communication. Management ask for lots of data up front, ignore it for weeks, then make bad decisions without using the data anyway. Departments come up with their own priorities and assign them to other departments to make them happen. Lunatics running the asylum. You are expected to be "reachable" all day and all evening. Waste of life. Avoid.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on our culture. This is an area I am very much focussed on and am working hard to ensure that we have the right culture in place to attract, retain and motivate colleagues and prospective candidates. I believe that our culture has already developed and grown since I came on board over the last few months and I have many plans in progress to ensure we are progressing and leading the way for the future. I am sorry if you left prior to seeing some of these plans to fruition. Perhaps our paths may cross again in the future! Good luck for the future.
