- environment feels too political, wasn't important what was said but who said it - difficulty in communication, not being able to be heard, continuously interrupted by others - team architect hostile and very critical, non assistive - team admin not receptive to the teams feedback regarding the new imposed working procedure, if they were helpful or causing more problems - some people negative and not cooperative - management not much involved, pinpoints problems but doesn't help in finding solutions. "Wrong if you do it the current way and wrong if you do it another way".
