Pros

Hourly rate pay. Rewarded for overtime work.

Cons

They enforce a no talking policy. They enforce a no cell phone policy. They 'encourage' you to work overtime, meaning you better put in a lot of overtime when needed. You cannot work at your own pace.

Although this review is almost 4 years old, I wanted to thank you for your honest feedback. In the time since this review was posted, we have made many changes to policies and procedures and even hired a human resources manager. Thank you again.

My work schedule is pretty predictable and carbon dating is very interesting. You are given time to develop and learn more responsibilities.

Cons

Pay is on the low side in my opinion ($19.95/hour) but your expected to have a college degree
